As provas variam um pouco de curso para curso. São 2 tipos:
• Avaliação Online dos Cursos Profissionalizantes: 20 questões objetivas, as quais devem ser feitas em 2 horas, prova única e referente a todo o conteúdo do curso.
• Avaliação Online dos Cursos Livres: 10 questões objetivas, as quais devem ser feitas em 1 hora, prova única e referente a todo o conteúdo do curso.
Os estudos, atividades e avaliações devem ser feitos dentro do prazo estipulado no calendário do curso.
A média final deve ser igual ou superior a 60% para a conclusão e recebimento do certificado do curso. Em caso de reprovação, o aluno poderá efetuar sua rematrícula com 70% de desconto no valor do curso entrando em contato com o nosso Serviço de Relacionamento com o Cliente. Dessa forma, será possível estudar novamente todos os módulos do curso e fazer uma nova prova online. Os cursos gratuitos não possuem: rematrícula, nova prova, atividades reflexivas e descritivas.

Os alunos aprovados receberão o Certificado Digital em seu espaço virtual, após a nota média e prazo mínimo de estudo exigido.
Caso o aluno queira uma versão impressa de seu certificado Digital, após o pagamento de uma taxa de emissão, o prazo de entrega via Correios varia de acordo com a localidade.
Os cursos do Portal Educação lhe dão a certificação de capacitação profissional, aperfeiçoamento e extensão. É importante saber que esses títulos não se equivalem às certificações de cursos técnicos ou de formação escolar, e não dão o direito de assumir responsabilidades técnicas.
